  78. This package contains FlowDraw Plus, a diagramming program. This
  79. document contains only a brief description of the package and its
  80. features, along with instructions for its installation.  Quite detailed
  81. documentation is included in the package, but it is in archived form,
  82. and is more easily read after installation.

  84. FlowDraw Plus is a shareware program.  This evaluation version includes
  85. all features of the program. You may use it for up to 30 days without
  86. charge. If you like the program, and wish to continue its use after this
  87. evaluation period, please pay for the program. The program REGISTER.EXE
  88. will print a registration form for FlowDraw Plus.

  119. ===== Installation =====================================

  121. FlowDraw Plus files have been compressed for distribution and must be
  122. installed using the install program distributed with the files. This
  123. section has instructions for installing FlowDraw Plus from the following
  124. distribution media.
  125. A. Installing from a 3.5" floppy disk.
  126. B. Installing from a zipped file (like FDPLUS10.ZIP from a BBS).

  128. A. INSTALLING FROM A 3.5" FLOPPY DISK
  129.  
  130. If you have received FlowDraw Plus on a floppy disk, you can install it
  131. from floppy drive A or B using these instructions.
  132.     1. Put the diskette in drive A (or drive B).
  133.     2. Type "A:install" (or "B:install" if installing from drive B).
  134.     3. Follow the installation instructions.
  135.  
  136. B. INSTALLING FROM A ZIPPED FILE
  137.  
  138. If you have received FlowDraw Plus as a zipped file (for example, as
  139. FDPLUS10.ZIP), you must unzip the file before you can install FlowDraw
  140. Plus. There are two ways you can do this.
  141.  
  142. You can unzip the file onto a blank formatted 3.5" disk and install
  143. FlowDraw Plus using the floppy disk instructions above. To unzip the
  144. zipped file FDPLUS10.ZIP to a floppy disk in drive A, type
  145. "PKUNZIP FDPLUS10 A:".
  146.  
  147. You can also unzip the file to a temporary directory on your harddisk
  148. and install FlowDraw Plus from that directory.
  149.     1. Create a temporary directory for the unzipped FlowDraw Plus
  150.        installation files, copy the zipped file to that directory, and
  151.        unzip the file. Use a directory name like \TEMP that will be
  152.        different from the FlowDraw Plus directory.
  153.     2. Make the temporary directory the current directory by typing
  154.        "CD \TEMP".
  155.     3. Start the installation by typing "INSTALL".
  156.     4. Follow the installation instructions.
  157.     5. After the installation, you can delete the \TEMP directory.
